Product 01Reduced-Pressure Steam Sweep Membrane Separation System (VSS1)

VSS1

VSS1 is a device that can evaluate the CO₂ concentration performance of CO₂ separation membranes from exhaust gases, the atmosphere or their simulated gases by installing the membrane into the system.

Competitive Advantage

An automatic control system of vacuum pressure and steam generation enables long-term and stable enrichment of CO₂.

Potential Customers and Applications

This equipment is intended for use by companies, universities, research institutes, and other organizations that need to “demonstrate the CO₂ capture process with CO₂ separation membranes”, “quantitatively evaluate the amount and concentration of CO₂ when using a separation membrane developed in-house,” and “study the operating conditions for efficient CO₂ capture using CO₂ separation membranes”.

Product 02Compact CO₂ capture system(VPSA1)

VPSA1

VPSA1 realizes efficient CO₂ capture by supplying and condensing water vapor to CO₂ absorbent or adsorbent at a low total pressure.
Up to 2kg CO₂ with 99% purity can be recovered per day from a simulated exhaust gas with the system and JCCL solid absorbents.

Competitive Advantage

  • Based on the core technology patented by Professor Yu Hoshino and coworkers, JCCL, Inc. produces JCCL solid absorbent and system to maximize its performance.
  • When you use the JCCL’s CO₂ capture system, the capture cost will be about one-fourth compared to conventional capture methods.

Potential Customers and Applications

The equipment is intended for demonstrations or R&D by companies, universities, research institutes, etc. that have needs such as “to start CO₂ capture tests from a small scale” or “to verify the cost of CO₂ capture using CO₂ absorbents or adsorbents and to use the system for research purposes.”
