Product 01Compact CO₂ capture system(VPSA1)
The VPSA series is a CO2 recovery system that uses a solid absorber and reduced-pressure steam to capture, separate, and concentrate CO2.
It achieves CO2 recovery with 99%+ purity from gas containing about 7% CO2, such as in city gas combustion exhaust.
This system can also evaluate CO2 absorbents and support the development of CO2 capture processes.
Competitive Advantage
- Based on the core technology patented by Professor Yu Hoshino and coworkers, JCCL, Inc. produces JCCL solid absorbent and system to maximize its performance.
- When you use the JCCL’s CO₂ capture system, the capture cost will be about one-fourth compared to conventional capture methods.

Contact formProduct 02Reduced-Pressure Steam Sweep Membrane Separation System (VSS1)
The VSS series evaluates membrane performance by passing humidity-controlled CO2 gas through a separation membrane, reducing pressure, and supplying water vapor to the permeate side.
Steam and humidity is controlled automatically, concentrating CO2 from 13% to over 97% for over a month.
This device is used for in-house CO2 capture membrane performance evaluation and equipment design.

An automatic control system of vacuum pressure and steam generation enables long-term and stable enrichment of CO₂.
