Phase 01POC
We will conduct a Proof of Concept (POC) to determine whether JCCL's technology can address your CO₂ emission sources. During this phase, we will perform material durability evaluations using actual gases at your site, conduct simplified process simulations, and carry out basic separation tests at the JCCL lab. JCCL will undertake these tasks and provide a POC report to you.
Activities in this phase include:
- Simulated gas evaluation tests for separation materials
- Simplified simulations
- Basic durability tests
- Investigation and analysis of CO₂ emission sources
- Investigation and analysis of CO₂ utilization methods
- Consideration of utilization technologies
Phase 02Demonstration
We will license JCCL's technology to you and perform a demonstration of CO₂ separation under the conditions you require.
By having you purchase the equipment and separation materials, and by concurrently sharing JCCL's expertise, we aim to demonstrate how our technology can contribute to reducing your CO₂ emissions.
Activities in this phase include:
- Design of demonstration equipment
- Production and provision of demonstration equipment
- Production and provision of material and module samples
- Demonstration testing, performance evaluation, and analysis
- Licensing
Phase 03Equipment Implementation
We will install the actual equipment at your site and initiate its trial operation.
Activities in this phase include:
- Basic and detailed design of the actual equipment
- Process simulation
- Fabrication and trial operation of the actual equipment
- Licensing
Phase 04Equipment Operation
Once the equipment is deployed at your site, we will provide continuous maintenance of absorption materials and manage other related tasks.

- Supply of materials and modules
- Licensing
